Schedule a Test
We know that being tested is time-consuming and it is certainly not something you are looking forward to, but we want to make sure you are receiving the care that you deserve. We are here for you. To schedule a test, see the options below.
2. Are you booking for anyone other than yourself?
If there are multiple people in your party that are looking to be tested, each individual will need their own appointment, booked with a sperate email. For minors, a responsible party may schedule the appointment on their behalf.
3. When do you need to be tested?
If there is a test requirement there is likely a timeline you’ll to adhere to. The testing center is open Mon and Wed-Sat 8a-3p to help accommodate your schedule. If your travel plans change and you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know so we can help.

Please be aware the Testing Center will have limited holiday hours:
Christmas Eve: Closed
Christmas Day: Closed
New Years Day: Closed
Patients using a phone based in the US or Canada:
- Text “COVID TEST” to 802-873-7177 to speak with our staff and request a test.
Patients using a phone based outside of the US or Canada:
- Call 802-876-2400 (Ext 7)to speak with our staff and request a test.
